Shipping to a different country than your billing address

Solution

If you are making a purchase in one country and shipping to another country you will experience some issues at checkout.

We invite you to follow these steps to complete your purchase. If at any time you are uncomfortable, start a support ticket and we will help you.

  1. Do not panic. It is all doable. Stay Calm and Carry On.
  2. Add your billing address information first.
  3. Add the shipping address information second, choose the COUNTRY you are shipping to.
  4. Do not panic when the province or state menu does not show the new information for that country. Leave blank or pick anything you want.
  5. Carry on filling out any further information required.
  6. Make sure you have checkout our SUBSCRIBE TO NEWSLETTER box if you are already not receiving our awesome newsletter.
  7. CLICK on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.
  8. DO NOT PANIC.
  9. The process is going to fail, because the state or province does NOT match the destination country.
  10. Go now and pick the right information in the STATE/PROVINCE menu.
  11. Ensure everything else is correct.
  12. CLICK on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.
  13. Pat yourself on the bag and give yourself a treat.
